Individual sections focus on general application principles, including relevant conduct, sentencing factors, incriminating statements as part of a cooperation agreement, amendments, commentary, policy statements, continuing offenses, and juvenile sentencing. Additional sections focus on focus on setting the offense level based on drug quantity, calculating the weight of drugs, possession of a weapon by a drug defendant, the calculation of the loss for specific property offenses, adjustments related to the victim and the offender, and the use of the criminal history.
