Abstract
This publication, from the U.S. Department of Justice, provides a list of funding resources for use by tribal criminal defense and delinquency representation providers. The information in this publication was compiled as part of the Access to Justice Initiative. The funding sources are divided into four categories. The first section details selected funding opportunities available from the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of the Interior - Bureau of Indian Affairs. These funding opportunities include discretionary grants, formula grants, and Public Law 638 contracts. The second section details funding available for training and technical assistance, while the third section provides information on grants management resources. The final section of the publication provides a list of other resources available through Federal Government agencies and private organizations.
