Abstract
OBTAINING A SEARCH WARRANT IS STRESSED, WARRANT LIMITATIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ARTICLES SEIZED, RETURNING THE WARRANT TO COURT, SEARCH OF THE PERSON, PREMISES, AND VEHICLES, WITH OR WITHOUT A WARRANT, LEGAL LIMITATIONS ON THE SEARCH AND USE OF FORCE ARE EXPLAINED. THE RULES FOR A VOLUNTARY CONSENT SEARCH ARE PRESENTED. APPENDIXES CONTAIN A SAMPLE AFFIDAVIT FORM FOR A SEARCH WARRANT AND SOME SAMPLE AFFIDAVITS.
