THE FACTORS LEADING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMUNITY BASED HALFWAY HOUSE IN SAN DIEGO FOR INMATES WITH GOOD CONDUCT RECORDS.
Abstract
THE CROFTON HOUSE DIFFERS FROM OTHER HALFWAY HOUSES IN THAT THE RESIDENTS SPEND A SHORTER PERIOD OF INCARCERATION AND MORE TIME AT THE COUNTY RUN HOUSE. THE AVAILABLE DATA INDICATES NO SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN POST RELEASE BEHAVIOR BETWEEN CROFTON HOUSE MEMBERS AND INMATES OF THE COUNTY JAIL.
