This special ceremony is being held in conjunction with a National Candlelight Observance sponsored by the Office for Victims of Crime, U.S. Department of Justice, and co-sponsored by national victim assistance and criminal and juvenile justice organizations, in Washington, D.C.
on April 10^th at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.
