A comprehensive report about victims' rights and services that chronicles the extraordinary accomplishments in this field and outlines what we, as a society and global community, should strive to achieve for crime victims in the 21st century. The Strategies for ImplementationTools for Action Guide, in conjunction with the New Directions Report and its companion videotape, is intended to explain the goals and concepts behind New Directions and to provide tools for implementing its recommendations.
