Abstract
THE EFFORT WAS UNDERTAKEN JOINTLY BY THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND THE MITRE CORPORATION AS PART OF A NATIONWIDE EVALUATION OF THE HIGH IMPACT ANTI-CRIME PROGRAM.
