This report presents statistics on the activities of the Oklahoma appellate courts, the court of special jurisdiction, the commissions of special cognizance, the district court, and on financial management of the system.
Abstract
Narrative and charts provide an overview of the managerial and adjudicative functions of the courts. Caseload data are given for the supreme court, court of appeals, and the court of criminal appeals. Statistics for the district courts are presented at the State level in several litigation classifications and on a per-judge basis in relation to caseload. Membership listings and activities are given for the judiciary, the workers' compensation court of tax review. Also reported are the membership and work of the council on judicial complaints and judicial nominating commission. Photographs, maps, and tables are given.
