The directory includes only the providers who responded to the survey and for whom accurate addresses and telephone numbers could be ascertained. Entries are presented by region and for each State within the region. Information provided for each organization includes its name, address, telephone number, services offered to youth, aftercare services offered to youth, general and specialized training offered to staff, client characteristics, problems experienced by clients prior to being served by the agency, types of assessments performed, and public awareness and community outreach activities. Innovative program features are also described.
